There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.
· You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Returns Are To Be Sent Back At The Customers Own Cost
We hope that you are happy with your purchases from Fabricnco Home Furnishings & Embroidery, however if this is not the case, we will refund any items (excluding personalised items) you are unhappy with when you return it to us in immaculate condition within 7 days.

· Personalised items are none returnable and non-refundable.

· Sale items are none returnable and non-refundable.

· When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in a sealed bag with your full name, order number and date of order.· Returned goods must reach us no longer than 7 days from the date you receive them, we will not accept returned goods after this time. Please note before making any purchase from this site that any refund can take up to 14 working days.· Full refund will be given for the cost of the item, excluding postage & returns cost.
· Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting, as any missing parcel is your responsibility.
· Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. Once your return is received it will take up to 14 working days to refund your account you will receive an email stating your account has been credited.

If in the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods ( We will aim to sort this problem as soon as possible, but if a refund is required you must have your certificate of posting for your delivery charge to be refunded.

If we have not yet despatched your order: You can cancel it subject to an administration charge of £10.00 which will be deducted from your refund.
If your order has been despatched: You are able to refuse delivery and the item will be returned to us. Please be aware that in this instance, all outward shipping and return shipping charges are the Customer’s liability. In addition to this an administration fee of 20% (minimum charge £10.00) will be charged. We will deduct any charges from your refund. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned items. Please allow 21 days for return and refund.
